Oliver Ice, one of Boston University’s notorious hockey players, has been on my radar since I slammed into his rock-hard body during my first week of college, three years ago.But when Oliver overhears a private conversation, he offers to be the one thing I need more than anything– my pretend boyfriend. One weekend was all it was meant to be. How do I protect my fragile heart when the lines between fantasy and reality blur with our first kiss? … More ARC Review: ICED by Jacob Chance

ARC Review: Love in Due Time by LB Dunbar

Naomi Winters will be forty–soon-ish–and she’s only been with one man. One night. One time. Long ago. She believes everything happens for a reason, and the universe spoke about Nathan Ryder. Nathan Ryder isn’t the same man who hightailed his bike out of Green Valley eighteen years ago. As a rule breaker, women are one area he acts a fool. Case in point…the local librarian … More ARC Review: Love in Due Time by LB Dunbar

ARC Review: Baking Me Crazy by Karla Sorensen

I read this whole book with a huge smile on my face. It was so sweet, and it had a depth to it that elevated it past the typical fluffy contemporaries that I often gravitate towards! I was grinning the whole time, and it really had everything I love in a friends-to-lovers romance, especially with best friends like Levi and Joss. Their interplay was a world of fun … More ARC Review: Baking Me Crazy by Karla Sorensen

Review: Cherish Hard by Nalini Singh

They were so completely perfect for each other, and I was *so* invested in their story. Not only are we working with one of my favorite tropes, a second-chance romance, but we’re also working with a workplace romance! And everything just got sweeter … More Review: Cherish Hard by Nalini Singh

Contemporary Romance’s Top Fierce Females

I’ve compiled a list of several females in this genre, and it was actually much harder than I thought. Not because I was wanting for any, but to narrow it down! I finally had to limit it to one book … More Contemporary Romance’s Top Fierce Females

Review: Work in Progress by Staci Hart

This is a good book to just sit back and let the story take you. It’s a fun, entertaining read that I do recommend. It has flaws, but I still love the book evermore for it, not just in spite of them. It’s a very sentimental, adorable, whimsical romance that’s centered in reality but often plays outside of those bounds. A worthwhile read, but don’t expect it to mirror real life!  … More Review: Work in Progress by Staci Hart

ARC Review: Space by Penny Reid

I ADORED THIS ONE SO MUCH!! As an avid Penny Reid newsletter reader (nothing is better than Ms. Reid’s newsletters), I’ve been eagerly anticipating this release and jumped at the chance to be involved in the release promotion. Ms. Reid has been slowly releasing excerpts for the past couple newsletters and I have been going insane with want. There’s nothing that draws me in like an enemies-to-lovers romance, which is exactly what this is.  … More ARC Review: Space by Penny Reid
