Wrap-Up: July 2019

Wrap-Up Cover to Cover book blog kat snark reading books reader

hello, lovelies!

I absolutely cannot believe that August is right around the corner! Where did July go??? No seriously… where did July go. This was a pretty low-key month for me! I turned nineteen, which was cool, I spent a few days in North Carolina with beloved family members… then got horribly sick. Honestly, I worked most of the month so I could afford all the money I’m spending on books and my first dorm room in the fall!! I really need to stop buying books. But then I found the most awesome Foxhole Court sweatshirt on Redbubble and I think I’m going to get it. 🙈 I have no shame

It was also a big reading month for me! I participated in the Book Junkie Trials, in the Biannual Bibliothon and the Reading Rush! I didn’t do as well on any of them as I would have liked, but I also got hit with a giant reading slump. Basically all I wanted to read were trashy romance novels and boy-next-door loves, which definitely didn’t fit with my reading plans.

But book Twitter has been one of my favorite things I’ve done this summer, and I love, love, love the community’s I’ve found on there! It’s one of my favorite things I’ve done this summer :)
